To achieve timely completion of our projects, we deliberately coordinate all disciplines of the project from our office and adhere to even the most expedient schedules. The principal in charge of the project keeps all team members, including consultant engineers, aware of milestone reviews and final deadlines.
HBL begins the budget tracking process from the start and updates the budget estimate in each phase of work to reflect refinements in design and changes in scope. We have an excellent track record in meeting clients' schedules and budgets.
