Robishaw Engineering Office Building

Robishaw Engineering Company, makers of the "Flexifloat" construction system, was located in a nearly windowless, converted lumber company warehouse. The building was cramped, claustrophobic and subject to flooding. The new 6,800-square-foot building provided first-class amenities, individual offices for each employee, two conference rooms, an employee lounge and expansion space. The completed building created a new image for the company and resulted in a significant productivity increase.
