Pearland Public Library

The Pearland Public Library was designed to expand from 20,000 square feet (phase I) to 50,000 square feet (phase II) in order to meet the needs of its rapidly growing community. Designed in association with McGuff Associates Architects of Pearland, Texas, the new library included public meeting rooms, public restrooms, offices, storage rooms, study carrels, children’s library area, computer stations, staff work area, staff lounge and mechanical spaces.
