Andrew Catholic Church Channelview, Texas The parish of St. Andrew was in need of expanding every ministry facility and find a solution to a traffic hazard within the middle of their campus. The property is very narrow and their main entry drive runs right between buildings. HBLA prepared a master plan that removed the center drive and reconfigured traffic around the perimeter of their campus. The Master Plan also called for a new church seating 1,200 with a daily mass chapel, a parish hall building, an administration building, a second CCE building and turning a small existing parish hall into a youth facility. The first phase is a parish hall building scheduled to be completed at the end of 2008. It will include a full commercial kitchen to accommodate a daily lunch program, room for St. Vincent dePaul offices, and meeting rooms. |
