Covenant Presbyterian
College Station, Texas

The merging of the two Presbyterian churches in College Station and the ability to relocate to the rapidly growing southern suburbs of College Station required a brand new campus. Programming, Master Planning, and Architectural Services were provided for this project, which is to be built in two phases. The Master Plan calls for a total facility of nearly 57,000 square feet for a congregation of up to 2,000 members. Phase I, which was finished early 2002 using a “fast-track” method, has 22,000 square feet. Phase I facilities included a Fellowship Hall for 400, which doubles as the worship space, Administrative Offices, and Classrooms for both the Sunday School and the Covenant Day School. The completion of the campus will add a main worship building seating 600 with supporting choir facilities, a chapel for 100, additional classrooms, a recreational pavilion, and a scout house.
