Master plan to complete the development of a church campus which saw its initial phase of construction completed in 1997. The master plan included phased development as follows:

Phase II: Chapel, Education, Administration and Music Additiions
Phase III: Multi-purpose/Gymnasium Building with Youth Area Classrooms and
Commercial Kitchen Phase IV; 10,000 SF Fine arts theater Architectural Services for Phase II as listed above included parking for the entire master plan to accomodate the church's potential growth.
